Orders & Shipping
Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2–5 business days within the US. You'll receive tracking the moment your parcel leaves our studio.
Yes — every order over $50 ships free. Orders below that carry a small flat rate shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we'll update it right away. Once it's in transit we can help you reroute it through the carrier.
Returns & Care
You have 45 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original packaging and dust bag for a full refund.
Every bag ships with a care card. In short: store stuffed in its dust bag, keep it out of direct sun, and treat suede with a protective spray before first use.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
